Princesses and Pirates Celebrate!

Juliana had her 3rd birthday party today. The house was covered in princesses with tiaras along with pirates and their swords. We set up a pool and had an inflatable water slide for the kids to play on. The kids had a great time. For Juliana's Papa put on a pirate hat and chased the kids around the house. Juliana loved sharing her birthday with her friends and family and we are so thankful to everyone who helped make her birthday special. Thank you!

Juliana Turned 3!

It's hard to believe she is 3 already. It's been a great day. Juliana started the morning off by having donuts with Daddy. Then she opened most of her presents from us. Her favorite thing was her new Cinderella tent. Then we went out to dinner with Mimi, Papa, Jenni, Joe, Jasia, and her best friend Jorja. We went to one of her favorite restaurants, The California Pizza Kitchen, where she enjoyed some macaroni and cheese with endamame. Yummy! Then after dinner Juliana and Jorja got to ride the merry go round in the mall. She had a great time. Happy Birthday Juliana!

A Big Surprise!

One of my good friends has been nearing her due date with baby #2. When I woke up this morning to pack and come home I realized I had missed a text message from very early in the morning. Sheila had sent me a message saying, "July 4th went out with a bang. A very fast home delivery (surprise!) by Dave early in the am. Taylor Dalton is 8lbs even and 21 inches. :)" You can imagine my surprise. Sheila delivered her son on the bathroom floor with the help of her husband. Everyone is doing well and is healthy. I am so very happy for them. Happy Birthday Taylor and Congratulations Dave, Sheila, and Jayden. Jenni and I went to the hospital tonight and got to meet little Taylor. He is adorable.

Beach Fun!

We spent the last week at the beach. It was so nice to get away. The girls had fun splashing in the water. Juliana played in the sand and after a while Ella joined her. It took Ella a while to get over the sand, but she did. It was a very nice trip and we are so thankful to have been given the opportunity to take a real vacation and just relax.

The girls had a great time at the beach with Eric's parents. It was so special to get to spend some time with them. We had a great time.
